We offer professional landscaping and lawn services for residential and commercial properties as requested during scheduling.
For projects, a fee is required prior to starting the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. This fee is non-refundable. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe.

We understand unexpected events happen, but cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not accepted. For changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a fee equal to 50% of the booked service will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
When a visit is scheduled, if we arrive and there is no cancellation and we don't get access or a response, a no-show fee will apply. For the San Antonio area, the fee is 50 dollars. For outlying or more distant areas, a no-show fee of up to 100 dollars may apply. Please confirm this policy when submitting your request. Please confirm at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep everything running smoothly.
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will gladly review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address missed areas at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for adequately preparing the area before service delivery and informing us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions that could affect service performance.
